The Climb is a state-of-the-art climbing centre
- it's active, dynamic, friendly and fun. The centre houses extensive bouldering
walls of up to 5 metres high. The walls are highly featured and sculpted to form
slabs, ramps, tufas, ribs, pillars and bulges. We also have ten 11 metre high
lead walls, two of which have an adjustable angle. The Climb is available for
casual use, group bookings and instruction sessions. We run a full range of
courses for juniors (5yrs) and adults, catering for beginners up to advanced
climbers.

1993, Physique Amersham has been one of the leading gyms in the area. It has a

energetic gym and sports facility on the moor has been underway since the summer
of 2007.
A dedicated manager and fitness team, with
support from Chesham Town Council and the new "Friends" advisory group are
committed to providing the very best facilities.

monthly or annual membership, including off peak prices. Friendly
relaxed environment, suitable for all levels of fitness. Free
induction courses for everyone joining in January.
- Heated open air swimming pool (natural spring fed) open May to
September. Competitively priced with seasons tickets available.
- Multi-Courts, with floodlighting available for hire.
- Complimentary therapies including aromatherapy, reflexology and massage
available from Chiltern Natural Therapies in their treatment rooms on site.

The Chiltern Pools is a swimmers paradise with
a 25 metre, six lane swimming pool and a multipool with variable water levels
providing a teaching pool and diving pool. The Chiltern Pools also has a superb
leisure pool with three fun flumes including a 75 metre water slide, a bubble
pool, water creek and children's beach area and which can be hired for
Children's parties. It also boasts a
Physique Gym and The Climb.
